On June 18-19, 2025, the HYDRA consortium met in Thessaloniki, Greece, for its first official Review Meeting with the European Commission, marking the conclusion of the first 18 months of the project.
The event was hosted by CERTH – Centre for Research and Technology Hellas and spanned over two days:

On June 18, the consortium held the M18 General Assembly, a full-day internal meeting dedicated to sharing progress, discussing results, and coordinating the upcoming phases of the project.

On June 19, partners presented key outcomes to the European Commission during the Review Meeting, highlighting scientific, technical, and strategic achievements.
Topics addressed during the sessions included:

Development and testing of hydrogen leakage detection technologies

Progress on HYDRA’s integrated modelling framework

Communication, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement

Policy and sustainability aspects across the hydrogen value chain
The meeting was an opportunity for open discussion with the reviewers and laid the groundwork for the next phase of HYDRA project’s implementation.
